(272 K)

Thank you for your interest in Moonlight Madness: Student Affairs’ late night programming initiative and for your desire to host an event for the OSU Columbus campus.

The application is now available online. You can find this application as a Microsoft Word document. Realize that by sending the application, you are essentially signing off on the form and will be responsible for its content.

Moonlight Madness headquarters are located in the Student Wellness Center, B130 RPAC. With Moonlight Madness being housed in the RPAC we're able to use the building space for late night events at no cost. Therefore, all events must occur in the RPAC. You can view the space in person or through the Recreational Sports web site.

All application deadlines for the 2007-2008 academic year have passed. Please check back for application deadlines for events occurring during the 2008-2009 academic year!

Applications will be reviewed by the late night committee within one week of the deadline, during which time applicants will be notified of final decisions. In order to accept a funding offer, you must speak to the late night programming coordinator either to discuss the funding policies and procedures.

Questions, comments and completed applications can be directed to the late night programming coordinator:
