According to statistics from the American College Health Association's National College Health Assessment (2012), 95% of OSU college students surveyed described their health as good, very good or excellent!

Consider this as well...

  • Nearly 8% of OSU college students reportedly consume the recommended 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Go to Nutrition for more information about how you can eat healthier.
  • Only 22% of OSU college students reportedly exercise 5 or more days for 30 minutes at a moderate-intensity, and nearly 35% of students report they exercise for 3 or more days for 30 minutes at a vigorous-intensity.  Go to Physical Activity for information about how you can become more physically active.
  • Nearly 23% of OSU college students overweight and 10% are obese. Go to Weight Management for more information about how you can manage your weight.
