Fitness Presentations

Fitness Basics: Are you looking to get fit or stay in shape? This session covers guidelines for improving and maintaining cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility, and body composition. It also provides information about campus and other fitness resources. Participants will leave with the information they need to build an effective workout program.
