Lindsey Letellier

Lindsey is currently a dietetic intern and graduate student in Medical Dietetics through the school of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She received a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University in May of 2017. As an undergraduate, she worked as a research assistant for Dr. Kathleen Woolf where she analyzed and entered dietary recalls and conducted literature searches on micronutrient needs in athletes. She volunteered at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York; she also worked as a social media intern at Further Food, a website with RD-reviewed recipes for chronic health conditions. Lindsey is passionate about food, nutrition, and wellness. She is excited to share her passion for healthy living with her peers and learn from the amazing staff.
