The Scarlet and Gray Financial Leadership Development Program is a broad-based semester experience that combines peer coaching, financial acumen education, and leadership development.

It is an opportunity to develop and enhance your professional skills, while building relationships with fellow students, Ohio State faculty, staff, alumni and industry professionals.

"I know without a doubt that the LDP has prepared me for coaching. I came in with very little financial knowledge and was unsure of how to use soft skills effectively in a client situation. Now I feel confident that even if there is a situation that I'm unsure of, I have enough resources to turn to that I can fix that!" - Spring '14 LDP Graduate

"It has been truly a one of a kind experience. I have already talked about the experience I had here in an interview, and the employers were extremely impressed and intrigued with this unique opportunity for growth. It also has helped me realize what type of career/ profession I would like to go into, that being a client service oriented career. The connections with clients, as well as the whole SGF team has been truly rewarding, and I look forward to working with everyone moving forward in the next few years." - SGF Coach

Many of our coaches have gone on to work for or have internships at PWC, EY, Deloitte, JP Morgan Chase, Key Bank, Huntington Bank, Cardinal Health, GE, PNC, Accenture, Amazon and more.
