Stress Management Presentations
Imagery: Are you or your students having difficulty relaxing? In this session, we will discuss (briefly) stress and various ways to manage stress and we will practice an imagery session. You'll leave feeling relaxed and with resources to use imagery in your daily life.
Stress Management: Through this interactive session, students learn all about stress, including definition, causes, consequences, and how to deal with it. Special emphasis will be placed on how to decrease or manage stress. Breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and imagery will be introduced. Students will leave feeling refreshed.
Time Management: Through this presentation, stress management will be discussed as well as various ways to manage stress. Time Management will be emphasized and students will leave with the knowledge of how to utilize time management as a stress reduction tool.
