Freedom From Smoking

Are you or someone you know thinking about quitting tobacco? We have resources that can help!

Freedom From Smoking is a free eight-session program (including nicotine lozenges available at no cost) for students who are ready to quit smoking. Because most people know that smoking is dangerous to their health, the program provides support and focuses on how to quit, not why to quit.

How can I get started?

To register for the Freedom From Smoking program and to get answers to your questions, email wellness@osu.edu or call 614-292-4527.

Tobacco Free Ohio State University

Ohio State has adopted a tobacco free policy that supports a healthy environment for all members of the Buckeye Nation. Effective January 1, 2014, the use of all types of tobacco products is prohibited in all university buildings and on all university-owned properties, including parking lots, garages and all outside areas.
