In this interactive session, participants will define and describe the “body-ideal” present in our society, learn how to combat negative body talk and gain information on how to support those who suffer from disordered eating and eating disorders.

Yoga for Every Body

This 60-minute yoga flow is designed for everybody's body! This vin-yin styled class will be sure to help you find flexibility, balance and/or strength and celebrate everything that your body can do.
