Love Your Body Week: Sunday, February 21

Sunday, February 21 and Wednesday, February 24, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
This two 2-hour session workshop (four hours total) is a body-acceptance program designed to help students feel better about their bodies while fighting negative "thin-ideals" and negative body talk in our community and media.
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
This 60-minute yoga flow is designed for everybody and every BODY – all shapes, sizes and levels welcome. During this practice, you can discover your flexibility, balance and strength while you celebrate everything your body can do. All you need to bring to class is your authentic self (and maybe a yoga mat if you have one). Join us as we embrace you, your body and everybody.
