Find What Moves You

5 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Learn how the connection between awareness of your body and knowledge of your movements can empower how you move and love your body. Join Colin, a certified personal trainer, and Faith, a certified group fitness instructor, for conversation and light activity to find what moves you!

Breathe Strong

5 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.

Join SKY@OSU for a live virtual event where students will be led through some breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation.

Radically Restorative

6 p.m. – 7 p.m.

This Radically Restorative Yoga class will focus on helping students, faculty and staff address their needs and replenish their mind/body/spirit balance by drawing their attention to the way engaging in the world impacts the body. We will pay specific attention to replenishing the body, and will build awareness of how actions like advocating for one's self and for others as well as engaging in personal and social change can take a toll on our well being. Radically Restorative Yoga is a space that welcomes all identities at Ohio State, and is intentionally centered on the needs of those with  marginalized / minoritized identities. I welcome you to this space to find connection, healing, and a return to our most precious home: the body. This is a restorative yoga class (level 1/2). Some basic knowledge of yoga is preferred but not required. Modifications will be offered to support all yoga experiences.

Students who attend this session will be entered to win a prize!

Body Positivity at OSU

7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Body Sense will be presenting "Body Positivity at OSU" to focus on the way body positivity and eating disorders are addressed at OSU. We will be bringing in professors and students from the different colleges at OSU to talk about their personal experiences through a virtual discussion. The goal of this event is to better understand the climate surrounding these issues, and hopefully discuss ways to improve the way we talk about body positivity and eating disorders. We will also be discussing body positivity and eating disorders at large, how they specifically affect college students, and what we can do to help!
