Love Your Body Circuit Cycle

Join the Student Life RecSports group fitness team for a special edition of their circuit cycle class and celebrate your amazing body just the way it is! This class will focus on what your body can do and how you feel, allowing you to embrace you for being you. Open to all fitness levels and all body types. 

Shred Negative Thoughts

11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Out with the bad and in with the good! Stop by the table to write down those negative thoughts, put them through the shredder, and then celebrate by replacing them with positive messages.

Love Your Body Walk

We spend, on average, 90 percent of our day indoors. Break the indoor cycle by joining us for a body-positive walk around the Oval and Mirror Lake.

How to Love Your Body Workshop with Julie Ohelmacher

Join CHAARG and Julie Ohelmacher for a guided coaching workshop to empower individuals to see their bodies and themselves in a new light. This program will include journaling, small group breakout sessions, and reflections with other participants.
