Join OSU Health Coaches Jessica Hernandez and Amanda Fox for a conversation about body image and pregnancy. Learn more about what body changes to expect before, during and after pregnancy, and discuss how you can love and care for your body from a body positive perspective. Faculty and Staff are encouraged to register in advance in the Link to Health website. Zoom webinar information will be included in the Link to Health event description as well as in confirmation and reminder emails for the event. Students can sign up here. |

Join SKY@OSU for a live virtual event where students will be led through some breathing techniques followed by a guided meditation. |

Did you know you have all the tools to cook a delicious desert with a microwave? Join the Student Wellness Center’s Registered Dietitian for a cooking demo to make Buckeye Bites and a discussion on nutrition and balance. Ingredients include peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, pretzels, and chocolate. Participants will be responsible for picking up their ingredients and supplies in the Student Wellness Center the week of the event. Registration is required as supplies are limited.
