Fuel For Life
This workshop will give you the tools to confidently fuel your lifestyle. Learn how to plan delicious and nutritious meals and snacks, and discover ways to combat mindless eating and strategies for portion control.
Register to attend a workshop for one of the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, January 30 from 12-1 p.m.
- Friday, February 22 from 2-3 p.m.
- Monday, March 4 from 3-4 p.m.
Workshops will take place in B130 RPAC. Workshops are free to currently enrolled OSU students. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and space is limited!
