Nutrition, Fitness and Body Image

Fitness and nutrition programming at the Student Life Student Wellness Center isn't just about exercise and diet.  Our team of nutrition coaches incorporate all aspects of wellness into its programming.  We can assist with a variety of topics, including:

  1. Nutrition through nutrition coaching, educational presentations and connections with other resources.
  2. Physical Activity through nutrition coaching, educational presentations, and connections with other resources.
  3. Body Image and Eating Disorders via a collaborative relationship with the Eating Disorder Treatment Team.
