Become a Wellness Ambassador
Wellness Ambassador Development Program
Students interested in becoming a Wellness Ambassador must participate in the Wellness Ambassador Development Program. The Wellness Ambassador Development Program (WADP) meets once per week for 10 weeks during Spring Semester. WADP is designed to enhance leadership skills, wellness knowledge, and to prepare students to be effective Wellness Ambassadors. Upon completing WADP students are eligible to serve as Wellness Ambassadors during their time as an undergraduate student at Ohio State.
Wellness Ambassadors develop and implement programs across a wide range of topic areas including: alcohol education, nutrition, safer sex, other drugs, stress, sleep, and career wellness. As a Wellness Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to select one of these areas to specialize in that aligns with your interests and goals. Read below to learn more about the Wellness Ambassador program. If you have questions about the program please contact Jordan Helcbergier at helcbergier.1@osu.edu.
