Join us for an inspiring and empowering panel of college students who will share their personal journeys with the principles of intuitive eating. They’ll offer valuable insights into how they've learned to trust their bodies, meet their nutrition needs, and cultivate a healthier relationship with food. The panel will cover how they've navigated the challenges of diet culture, embraced intuitive eating, and adopted a more sustainable approach to nourishment. This is a great opportunity to learn from others, ask questions, and gain insights into building a healthier, positive relationship with food.

This interactive discussion will provide students with practical tools, supportive resources, and everyday strategies to foster self-compassion and resilience.
