Nutrition Coaching is a one-on-one service that helps students explore their eating habits, find balance, and meet their nutrition needs through personalized education and collaborative goal setting. Schedule a Session
Initial and follow-up appointments are 45 minutes and can be scheduled virtually or in person from the following options.
General Nutrition
- General Nutrition - 1st Session – Gain insight into eating habits, learn to build balanced meals and snacks, and develop flexible, personalized, and sustainable approaches to nutrition.
- General Nutrition - Follow-up Session – Ongoing support for nutrition habits, lifestyle changes, and overall well-being.
Disordered Eating
- Disordered Eating - 1st Session – For concerns related to your relationship with food, eating behaviors, or body image (e.g. restrictive eating, skipping meals, chronic dieting, binge eating, over-exercising, etc.). Support is compassionate, individualized, and weight-inclusive.
- Disordered Eating - Follow-up Session – Ongoing support to heal your relationship with food, move away from harmful eating patterns, and embrace sustainable approaches to wellbeing.
Important Considerations:
- If you need to reschedule a first-time appointment, contact nutrition@osu.edu to avoid completing the intake form again.
- If you have questions or difficulty finding a day and time for your appointment, email nutrition@osu.edu.
- Full-time faculty/staff, including those who are taking classes, are encouraged to use their Ohio State health insurance to meet with a dietitian.
- Appointments are available via Zoom for students enrolled at Ohio State's regional campuses (Marion, Mansfield, Newark, Lima and Wooster) and while away from Columbus campus for other circumstances (e.g., semester abroad, summer at home, internship out of state).
