Mental Well-Being

What is the Mental Well-Being Module? 

The Mental Well-being for Students module will assist in reducing the stigma surrounding mental health concerns and promote conversations about well-being. After the completion of this module, you will be equipped with the essential skills and resources to navigate your personal well-being.  

This course isfor all undergraduate students new to Ohio State.

Why Take Mental Well-Being? 

At The Ohio State University, it is our responsibility to foster a culture of well-being within our community. The information in this module will empower you to connect with campus-based support, and local resources as well as supporting fellow Buckeyes in crisis situations.  Mental Well-Being for Students equips you with essential skills and information to navigate the stressors and emotional challenges associated with college life by introducing strategies for self-care and reduce barriers for help seeking.  

How Long Will the Mental Well-Being Module Take? 

The Mental Well-Being Module will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.  

Help & Technical Support 

Most technical issues can be fixed through the following:

  • Update your internet browser.
  • Try a different internet browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge are recommended. Trainings do not work on Internet Explorer.
  • Clearing your cache.
  • Allow 3rd party cookies
  • If you are stuck within the training, your screen may be zoomed in too much – causing you to miss the prompt or navigation button. To zoom out on a PC or Chromebook, hit “control 0 (zero). On a Mac, hit “command 0 (zero)”.
