Virtual Resources
Use these virtual resources at any time to take a proactive approach to your well-being. 

  • iGrad is a financial literacy platform offered to Ohio State students free of charge. This interactive website allows students to complete personal finance education courses and interactive activities around the following topics: Student Loans, Smart Borrowing, Planning for Retirement, Investing, Identity Theft, Budgeting, Banking and Credit Cards. Complete a course now to get a jumpstart on your financial wellness! 
  • ScreenU is a brief, anonymous assessment for students to identify their potential risk for harmful consequences of misusing alcohol, marijuana or prescription drugs. Complete one or all of the assessments today to learn about helpful resources you can use now and when classes start! 
  • The Wellness Assessment  allows students to learn more about their holistic well-being and the resources available to them. Complete the assessment to receive a score for each of the 9 Dimensions of Wellness and use those scores to set attainable goals for focusing on well-being in college. 

Virtual Services

  • Buckeye Peer Access Line (PAL) is a non-emergency call line that provides support for students to engage in brief phone conversations and to learn about campus resources.  PAL is available when classes are in session Monday through Thursday from 8 p.m. - midnight and Fridays from 2 - 6 p.m. during summer semester. Call a Buckeye PAL at 614-514-3333. 

  • Collegiate Recovery Community (CRC) supports students that are seeking recovery from alcohol and other drug addiction. The CRC offers peer support, meetings, social events, and more. All CRC offerings have been adapted to a virtual format for summer semester. 

  • Financial Coaching can help with financial goal setting, banking basics, budgeting, credit education, debt repayment education and more. Meet with a financial coach to gain a better understanding of your current and future financial goals.

  • Nutrition Coaching can help with eating healthier, weight management, grocery shopping, disordered eating, food allergies, event (marathon/iron man) training and more. Meet with a nutrition coach to create a plan to achieve your nutrition and body image related goals while in college. 

  • Wellness Coaching helps students gain awareness regarding their capacity to create the life they want to live, now and in the future. Wellness coaching uses the 9 dimensions of wellness, VIA character strengths and positive psychology to generate goals. Meet with a wellness coach to learn positive mental health and coping strategies prior to starting college.
