Brandon Horton

Brandon Horton is a Certified Health Education Specialist that currently serves as the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug (ATOD) Coordinator within Student Life Student Wellness Center (SWC) at The Ohio State University. In his role, he expands on the three levels of prevention by administrating intrapersonal and interpersonal services within the SWC, as well as other duties that pertains to the ATOD program. In addition to his responsibilities, he assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programs for college students and focuses on coalition building within the campus community.

Brandon received both his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and his Master of Science degree in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion, with a concentration in Health Promotion, from Mississippi State University. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out at local cafés and drinking a cup of coffee, as well as making people laugh and smile every day.
